How to Remove a Flashlight's Lens

• Set the bezel end of the flashlight on a flat surface, with the lens facing up so you can see it
• Loosen the lens using your flat head screwdriver by working around the inside of the bezel. Pull the lens out with your needle nose pliers once you loosen up the lens
• Locate a rubber O-ring underneath the lens. You will need to remove the O-ring as well with your needle nose pliers. Simply insert the pliers, grip the rubber O-ring and pull it out

• Replacement O-ring

Instructions

• Place the bezel upside down on a flat surface. Many lights have bezels, and the bezel is the part of the light often used as a weapon by performing as a striking force. Be sure to have the lens facing up. Use a flat-bladed screwdriver to force the lens out. Once the lens is loose, take the needle-nose pliers and continue to remove the lens fully
• Locate and remove the old O-ring. Insert new O-ring
• Remove the protection sticker for the inner lens
• Place the foam cushion on the outside of the lens. Gently press the new lens into the bezel
